Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Black Coffee
  • 5 Tbsp Butter 75g / 2.5 oz
  • 5 Tbsp MCT Oil 75ml / 2.5 floz
  • 1 Tbsp Gelatine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a heatproof blender, just like making a keto coffee.
  2. Pour the warm liquid into silicone ice cube trays or molds. The recipe should fill about 16 small cubes. Using silicone or trays with flexible bottoms makes removing the gummies much easier.
  3. Refrigerate for about 5 hours until set. Store the gummies in the tray or transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
