How to make pickled radishes at home
Packed into jars, pickled radishes are fast and forgiving. Follow these simple steps:
1. Pack the Dandy® Radish Coins into a 16 oz mason jar. Sprinkle the top with red pepper flakes, whole mustard seeds, and coriander seeds.

2. Prepare the brine: In a small saucepan combine the apple cider vinegar, water, honey, and salt. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally until the honey and salt dissolve. Remove from heat.
3. Pour the hot brine over the radish coins in the mason jar, making sure the radishes are fully submerged.

4. Let the jar cool to room temperature, then seal and refrigerate. You can serve the radishes right away for a lightly pickled bite, or chill them for a few hours to deepen the flavor.
