I usually share kid-friendly dishes, but this one is definitely for grown-ups. It’s an easy, cafe-style frozen coffee frappe you can make at home with the Ninja Creami.
I recently bought the Ninja Creami Deluxe and have been experimenting with different recipes to get the most use from it. If you have limited kitchen space, like me, you want a gadget that’s worth keeping — and this one has been a lot of fun to use.
Below I’ll walk you through how I make this frappe. Exact measurements are included in the recipe card near the bottom of the post.

Not Sure Which Creami Model Is For You?
If you’re thinking of buying a Ninja Creami but aren’t sure which model suits you best, I’ve put together a comparison of the available models to help you choose.

Ninja Creami Frappe
I love a coffee-shop frappe, but buying them regularly adds up. Making them at home with the Ninja Creami is simple and much more affordable. This version uses just three main ingredients and yields two generous portions.

- Measure two cups of black coffee into a Ninja Creami tub and add caramel syrup.

- Fill to the FREEZER FILL line with milk, then freeze the tub for 24 hours.

- The next day, add more milk up to the POUR IN line.

- Blend in the Ninja Creami using the FULL and FRAPPE settings until smooth and creamy.
Once blended, you’ll have a smooth, frozen coffee frappe ready to enjoy. The recipe makes two large servings; if you don’t want both at once, freeze one portion for later and blend it when you’re ready.

Variations & Serving
For a little extra indulgence, drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass and on top of the frappe before serving. It’s optional, but a nice touch if you want a sweeter treat. You can also experiment with flavored syrups—hazelnut or vanilla work well—or swap dairy milk for oat or almond milk for a different texture and flavor.

Ninja Creami Tubs
The Ninja Creami includes three tubs, but I found that having extras is handy so you can keep several bases frozen and ready. I recommend buying a few spare tubs—those with colored lids make identifying flavors in the freezer easier.
