Ingredients
- 4 cups (640g) cubed watermelon
- 2 cups (285g) cubed honeydew
- 2 cups (285g) cubed cantaloupe
- 1 (6oz) (170g) container blackberries
- 1 tablespoon minced mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- zest and juice of 1 large lime
Instructions

Combine the prepared fruit in a large bowl and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the mint, honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Add the dressing to the fruit and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours. Toss again before serving.
